Ricky is a published human resources professional specializing in strategically aligning HR competencies to business goals with a down to earth, common sense approach that is evident to both executives and front line employees. By focusing on the "H" in "HR" Ricky create solid partnerships and minimize legal risk in a fun and vibrant learning environment. He has a passion for helping business leaders go from "here" to "there" using talent management, training and development, and leadership coaching strategies. Ricky is a four-year veteran of the United States Marine Corps and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix, a Master of Human Resources (MHR) degree from Rollins College, and a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the Human Resources Certification Institute. Ricky is also a faculty member for the Master of Human Resources program from Rollins College and is co-host of the HR Talk! Podcast.
