Dynamic teacher of Ballet, Pilates, Progressing Ballet Technique, and master pointe shoe fitter. I have taught beginners through professionals and my classes draw on my deep and layered experience performing and teaching in NYC for over thirty years. My work is influenced by the late master teacher, David Howard, and follows his kinesthetic application to movement with a strong emphasis on rhythm and music I am a former faculty member of Barnard College, The New School University, The Ballet Hispanico School, and Broadway Dance Center. I am on the current faculty for Steps on Broadway and Ballet Academy East. I've directed ten ballet classroom recordings and been a featured teacher in three instructional class videos. My most recent collaboration is a new album for adv/beginning dancers with the amazing pianist Steven Mitchell.
