I am a master pointe shoe fitter and dynamic teacher of Ballet, Pilates & Progressing Ballet Technique. My classes draw on my deep and layered experience performing and teaching in NYC for over thirty years. My work is influenced by the late master teacher, David Howard, and follows his kinesthetic application to movement with a strong emphasis on rhythm and music. I am a former faculty member of Barnard College, The New School University, The Ballet Hispanico School, and Broadway Dance Center. I am currently a member of the faculty at Steps on Broadway and Ballet Academy East. I've directed eleven classical ballet classroom recordings and been a featured teacher in three instructional class videos. You can find my adult beginner ballet series on the online platform Dancio https://www.dancio.com/ You can find my advice column for pointe shoes on the digital magazine Dance Informa https://www.danceinforma.com/
