Joost Meyboom is a Senior Technical Advisor with an extensive background in the development, design, and construction of highway, bridge, rail and heavy civil projects. He has more than 25 years experience in the transportation industry, a Ph.D. from the Swiss Technical Institute in Zurich, and a M.A.Sc. from the University of Toronto.
