Monty Knaus’ professional experience spans a broad range of transportation and bridge engineering assignments, largely focusing on complex, multidisciplinary transportation infrastructure projects. His 20 years of experience in British Columbia have been focused on leading many project teams, consisting of multidisciplinary technical personnel and specialty consultants throughout all stages of a project, from initiation to closeout. This, in addition to his experience as a bridge engineer, enables him to fully understand the design process and its potential issues. Monty has proven experience with the development of engineering designs and tender documents and technical specifications; application of quality management system; preparation of project execution plans, safe work plans, quality management plans; procurement; risk management; contract management and administration; interaction and liaison with the project stakeholders; and project cost control, reporting, and scheduling.
