Rev. Dr. Steven R. Giddens, an Army veteran and ordained UCC minister, discovered psychotherapy and spirituality through wilderness therapy studies. A Lacanian psychoanalyst and Licensed Professional Counselor, he recently earned his doctorate, completing his dissertation, "Embarking on the Analytical Odyssey," exploring the journey of aspiring psychoanalysts. Integrating his roles as a counselor, minister, and lifelong learner, Dr. Giddens serves others through purposeful listening, blending theory and practice to support clients compassionately. He aims to integrate spirituality, psychoanalysis, and personal growth in his practice and research while enjoying outdoor activities with his family.
