I joined Fresh Start Recovery Centre as Director of Fund Development in August of 2021. I bring over 26 years of diverse experience in corporate community investment, non-profit management and fund development, sponsorship marketing and civic government administration. I have a synergy-seeking perspective and love making connections for the greater good. My enthusiasm for my role is fueled by the commitment that Fresh Start's clients, Alumni and staff bring to the work of recovery. I've been told that my ability to story share is inspirational to many people that I meet. I often share how inspired I am by the generosity of the many supporters who make it possible for Fresh Start to continue helping people affected by addiction recover their lives. I always strive to bring the story full circle - why we do what we do, and why others believe in what we do. In my previous life as an athlete, I represented Canada on National, World and Olympic figure skating teams with my sister, Karyn.
